I got them Thru my warranty company and he came in and diagnosed my dishwasher. The warranty company wanted a second opinion. Sears came in said no way. He was wrong. He fixed it. Still didn't work. Called again. They sent someone else from Sears. They said something else was wrong. I needed a plumber. I called a plumber and the plumber said what Edgewater said in the first place. He came in and fixed it. On New Year's Day. Did a fabulous job. My dishwasher is better than new. Out of 4 people he is the only one that knew what he was doing. And he helped me by ordering the part fast as I had been so long without it. Honest and dependable.

We used Edgewater appliance to repair our stove top and our dryer. On both occasions, they were punctual, professional, knowledgeable and did a great job with the repairs. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

Wow RJ replaced a moldy washing machine rubber boot in under 30 minutes. Super friendly and helpful to instruct you on how to use the machine afterwards

Had my refrigerator fixed today. Very courteous and professional. Seems to know what he is doing. But a little pricey.
